Why We Host Wellness Events
We believe in the power of community, connection, and self-care. Our wellness events give participants the chance to slow down, recharge, and explore practices that support mind, body, and energy wellbeing. Each session is a unique opportunity to learn, relax, and connect with others who share a love for holistic health.
What You Can Expect
Each wellness event is unique. Here’s a taste of what may be included:

- Reiki sessions to restore balance and support your wellbeing
- Time to connect with like-minded souls and enjoy a supportive, nurturing space
Our Approach
Wellness events are guided by Jodie and Kaliesha, who are passionate about creating warm, heart-centred spaces for healing, learning, and connection. We keep our gatherings small, supportive, and welcoming—whether you’re completely new to meditation, sound healing, or Reiki, or you’ve been practising for years, you’ll feel right at home.
We promote our events on Facebook and manage bookings via Eventbrite—follow our page to stay updated and be the first to know when new wellness events are announced!
