Reiki is a deeply restorative Relaxation experience used to encourage mindfulness and ease stress.
As a Usui Reiki Master-Teacher, I offer a supportive environment where light touch (or no-touch, if you prefer) helps settle the nervous system and invites a sense of inner peace.
