I'm Jodie, the owner of Bowen & Soul Adelaide, offering Bowen Therapy and Reiki from my private treatment room overlooking West Lakes.
I created this space for people who spend so much of their time looking after everyone else and rarely get a chance to pause themselves.
My sessions are gentle, personalised and designed to give you some time away from the busyness of everyday life — whether you're dealing with physical tension, feeling stressed or simply need a little time for yourself.

My practice combines the original Bowtech Bowen Therapy method with traditional Usui Reiki, allowing me to offer
gentle, personalised sessions based on what you need.

- Traditional Usui Reiki – Trained as a Reiki Master & Teacher through a traditional Usui Reiki lineage.
