My name is Jodie, and my mission at Bowen and Soul Adelaide is to provide a gentle, restorative space where your body can step away from chronic stress, release physical restriction, and naturally realign.
My private, lakeside healing room in West Lakes is a quiet sanctuary designed to help you quiet the noise of daily life. I work closely with people who are feeling completely wired but exhausted from chronic stress, holding tension deep in their bodies, or struggling with persistent muscle pain that never fully releases.
I don’t believe in forcing the body into alignment. Instead, I use a gentle, intuitive approach that honors your body's natural capacity to heal when given the absolute safety, space, and time to rest.
