Our gatherings at 19 on Green are immersive evenings designed for relaxation and mindfulness.
A Space for Everyone
Whether you are a seasoned Reiki Master looking to share your light or a curious beginner who has never tried energy work, you are warmly welcome. No previous experience or attunement is required to attend.
Jodie from Bowen and Soul Adelaide and Kaliesha from The Mothers Temple are the founders and Reiki Master Teachers behind the Aligned Soul Collective.
Together, we bring together grounded healing practices, mindfulness and holistic wellbeing to create spaces that support connection, reflection and self-care.
With Jodie’s background as a Bowen Therapist, Reiki practitioner and meditation and mindfulness facilitator, she brings a grounded approach that honours the connection between the body, mind and overall wellbeing.
Kaliesha’s experience as a Holistic Counsellor provides a nurturing and supportive perspective, creating space for meaningful reflection and connection.
Through Reiki Shares, Reiki Level 1 & 2 Training and Women’s Circles, we create welcoming spaces where people can learn, connect and explore practices that support their personal wellbeing.
Our intention is to combine practical knowledge with soulful practices, offering experiences that feel authentic, accessible and supportive.
Common Questions About Our Adelaide Gatherings
Yes, you are warmly welcome. Our practice sessions are structured so that anyone who is already attuned can practice channeling energy, while those who are not attuned get to fully relax and receive the healing.
We begin each circle with a dedicated space for inner reflection, using a guided workbook encouraging mindfulness. This is followed by a soothing meditation and sound bath to promote relaxation. The evening concludes with a group Reiki exchange, where we ensure everyone has the opportunity to both give (if trained) and receive healing energy in our supportive collective.
Just yourself in comfortable clothing and a water bottle. We provide a cozy setup at 19 on Green, though you’re welcome to bring a favourite cushion or shawl.

Yes. We keep our circles small and intimate to ensure a peaceful environment, so pre-booking via Eventbrite is required.
